1. “Slag – steel” software was designed for calculating of chemical composition of liquid steel, which is in equilibrium with selected slag. Chemical composition of slag, temperature of metal-slag system, and carbon, nitrogen, sulfur amounts in steel are taken into account by this program. Values of these parameters are set by users.

2. “Non-metallic inclusions” software was designed for simulation of liquid oxide inclusions transformation which follows after change of oxidation level, chemistry, or temperature of liquid steel. Herein, transformation means a change of inclusions mass and chemistry. The program gives clear understanding of the internal dependencies in liquid steel – oxide inclusions system and the effect of some parameters on transformation processes.

3. The software "Computation of optimum concentrations of nitrides forming elements" is available for free usage. This software allows to calculate both optimum concentrations of nitrides forming elements and total mass of the nitrides precipitated at defined temperature. (Authors: V.A. Kolesnikov and Dr. A.Ya. Stomahin, professor of MISIS, Moscow). Internet Explorer is recommended for usage of the program.
